Chocolate Fudges

This chocolate fudges recipe is perfect for anytime. For a breakfast, at tea time or even as a dessert all the chocolate lovers will appreciate it!

Ingredients:

1 300g can sweetened condensed milk
120g butter, cubed
200g (1 1/4 cups, firmly packed) brown sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
120g good-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
Melted butter to grease


Instructions

Brush a 20cm square pan with the melted butter. Then line with non-stick baking paper.
In a heavy bottomed saucepan combine the condense milk, the butter, the brown sugar and the chocolate.
Cook, uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes with a wooden spoon, over medium heat.
Cover and boil for 3 minutes.
Spread immediately into the prepared pan and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut the fudge into 1 inch pieces and wrap in greaseproof paper and tie ends with string.
